A private performance lab in Prague.
Limited capacity.
Pure biomechanics.
Just training – done properly.
LifeGym is a boutique performance lab focused on strength and better movement, with coaching built for the long run. We train with intention, not urgency. We build strength, mobility, and resilience that support real life. We blend what science proves with what experience teaches, and we choose progress over pressure.
There is an older idea behind it, too. The ancient gymnásion was a place to train and become, not just to work out. LifeGym takes that spirit and makes it practical: training that serves your life – now and later. No crowds. No trends. No shortcuts. Just training, done properly.

Every client at LifeGym trains with a coach. Every session. There are no open-floor memberships. You pay per session, commit to nothing long-term, and train at times that work for you. The result is simple: you show up, your coach knows exactly where you are in your programme, and every hour counts.
Your first visit is a 60-minute coached session. Your coach assesses how you move and what you're working toward, and you train. By the end, we both know whether it's a fit.
Your lead coach builds a programme specific to you. It's updated continuously based on how you respond. Nothing is templated.
Book sessions with your coach at times that fit your week. 1:1, or small groups if you train with someone you know. The lab is never crowded, by design.
The daily experience at LifeGym is shaped by our coaching team. Our founding coaches have built this gym's standard from day one, and your results are their results. They take the philosophy and make it real: coaching with craft, high standards, and zero attitude.
Founded by
Philip and Janina Staehelin built LifeGym to create the gym they wished existed: coached, calm, and uncompromising on standards. Philip defined the training philosophy; Janina shaped the feel of the space.
